Supports the

Friends of Jaclyn Foundation

FOJ

Thank you to all who have ordered Friends of Jaclyn shirts or have made a donation to FOJ.  The support for Jaclyn and her foundation has been amazing.  For those who just ordered, we are expecting the shipment of shirts to arrive next week.

On April 17, we are asking everyone who has purchased an FOJ shirt to please wear it in support of Jaclyn and her foundation.

On April 18, Arlington High School will be hosting an event deemed, FOJ All Day.  Most of our Spring sports teams will be playing home games in support of the Friends of Jaclyn organization.  The day will begin with the Arlington Crew Team hosting an ultimate frisbee game around 10:00.  Boys tennis, Varsity softball, freshman baseball, JV baseball, varsity baseball, JV girls lacrosse, varsity girls lacrosse, and varsity boys lacrosse will all be playing at home.  Please check the team sites for game times.

Feel free to bring your children and families, as we will be having games, food, raffles, and fun. Also, any child who plays one of the sports mentioned above, will meet before the start of their respective sport and get to go on the field with the varsity team for announcements and the national anthem.

The day will finish with the girls varsity lacrosse team playing at 4:00 and the boys varsity lacrosse team playing under the lights at 7:00.  Jaclyn Murphy WILL be playing in her JV lacrosse game!

Many members of FOJ, whether it is children who have been afflicted with brain tumors, parents whom have lost a child, or members of teams who have adopted children, will be appearing for the events of the day.    We are expecting a great time on April 18, and hope that you are all able to join us!  The athletes would love to see some of their teachers from the past and present there as well.    Thank you so much again and we look forward to seeing you!  For more information on Friends of Jaclyn, please go to www.friendsofjaclyn.org
