Welcome to the 2023-24 school year! My name is Danielle Ashley.  This is my third year at Arthur S. May in an 8:1:3 setting.  Before becoming a teacher here, I worked in a self-contained special education setting since 2016. My educational philosophy is simple - I want to help students of all ability levels reach their maximum potential! All children have the opportunity to reach their fullest potential, and it is my hope that I can help them get there and be a part of their journey. 

I just became a new mom this year to an adorable son! A little about me: I like to spend time with my husband and sweet baby boy, drink coffee, decorate my house, make crafts, shop, and travel, especially to the beach and Disney World (my absolute favorite place ever)!  

I am looking forward to an incredible school year that is full of learning, fun, and student success!
