Ms. Ritter

Hello from Room 212 (and our virtual classroom)!

I am so excited to be here at West Road for my second in the Arlington Central School District! Prior to coming to Arlington, I have been teaching in various capacities, K-6, in both General and Special Education, for 5 years.

I graduated from Marist College with dual degrees in Psychology and Special Education, as well as a minor in Hudson River Valley Regional Studies. I went on to complete my Masterś Degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management, emphasizing school violence prevention and school safety.

I am a proud aunt to two beautiful nieces, and a dog-mom to Remington, a 4 year old mini-goldendoodle. In my free time, I love music, exploring local historic sites, and being with family.

I know this is a unique year for all of us, but I promise that I will do everything I can to make this year the BEST YEAR YET!

We all have a lot of questions, but I will be reaching out to families shortly to connect you with our Google Classroom, Class Dojo (communication app), and explaining how our year will look.

I cant wait to watch our class grow and learn, having as much fun as we can along the way!
