Hello! My name is Ms. Baker and I'm an art educator at the High School and Union Vale Middle School. Studio Graphics, Studio Photography, and Studio Crafts are my available courses at the High School and I also teach 7th grade art. 

I received a Bachelors of Science in Art Education Degree at SUNY New Paltz in 2020 with a concentration in drawing and printmaking. I believe that students flourish in a welcoming and creative environment. Students learn best when they can use their natural talents to express themselves with perfect balance. Students should feel like they can make a difference with the choices they make and be allowed endless possibilities to use their imagination at work. My classroom is a place where everyone, including myself, is a student and a teacher.

I enjoy learning new art mediums and strive to pursue as many new ones as possible. Currently, I have experience with drawing, painting, ceramics, photography, printmaking, computer graphics, sculpture and digital art. My favorites are charcoal, pencil, pen, etching and Procreate.
