Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Woodall

Hello! I am Ms. Woodall and am excited to join the West Road crew this year. I was a student in the Arlington district! I came from a private school and joined the district in 4th grade. I pursued my education at SUNY Oneonta, obtaining my undergraduate and graduate degrees there. As an undergraduate, I majored in Childhood Education (1-6), and my concentration was Spanish. I was a substitute teacher in the Wappingers district while I completed my M.S.Ed. in Literacy Education.

When not in the classroom, I often engage in various creative pursuits like dancing, singing, photography, and painting. Growing up, I did theatre, so I love being on a stage. (I’ve been on the Arlington stage a few times!).

My favorite educators made a lasting impact during my time in Arlington because of their empathy, patience, and positivity. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to give back those positive pieces to Arlington. I'm thrilled to embark on this new journey. My love of teaching is as immense as my love of learning. The promise of growing and learning alongside each of my students fills me with excitement.

I look forward to the opportunity to connect with my students, uncover their unique strengths and interests, and utilize this knowledge to construct a personalized and enriching learning journey for each of them.

It's time to shine, 209!
