Family Teacher Institute: LMS is excited to announce our January program, ‘Surviving the Middle School Years’! This is a totally free program with childcare and pizza provided. This month’s presentation is focused on the issues that children and families often deal with during early adolescence. LMS teachers Nickeya Smith and Jovonna Fallon will focus on what is happening in the brain of a middle school student and how to best support them during this time as they transition from child to teenager. This is highly recommended for all parents and guardians!
