The Arlington Central School District is beginning the search for a new Principal of LaGrange Middle School (LMS), and we invite our school community to be an active part of this important process. One of the most valuable ways to contribute is by sharing your feedback and perspectives that will be used to shape the candidate profile and guide decisions throughout the hiring process.
The LMS Principal plays a vital role in the life of the school by providing overall leadership, setting a shared vision for student learning/achievement, nurturing a positive and inclusive school culture, and ensuring that policies and practices support the academic, social, and emotional success of all students.
We encourage all stakeholders to participate. The survey will close on February 1, 2026. The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Responses are confidential.
