If your child's Chromebook is in need of repair, please print the attached form, fill in the required information, then place the form inside of the Chromebook. Call the main office at Noxon Road 845-486-4950 ext 18000 to schedule an exchange so that a loaner device can be ready when you arrive. The loaner device will be provided to you until your child's assigned device is repaired. If you do not have a printer, this form can be provided to you at the time of drop off.
