Greetings West Road Learners!

     My name is Mrs. McChesney and I am looking forward to being your school librarian as you journey through your intermediate years here at West Road. This will be my second year in the Arlington School District.

     I was a classroom teacher for 15 years and have experience teaching 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. Reading (as well as science), was always my favorite subject to teach, so I decided to go back to school to become a librarian!

     I can't wait to guide you to books you love, support you in finding reliable sources, and share with you how to be both safe and kind while utilizing digital platforms.
