It is hard to believe I am beginning my 24th year here at West Road School and my 29th year as an elementary school teacher. This school year will be my second year in the role as one of West Road's Math Intervention teachers. I am so excited to help students achieve their math goals and help them grow in (and love) all areas of math. I chose this profession because I love helping my students become the very best learners that they can be. My goal is to motivate each student and bring out his/her passion for learning. Our classroom will be one that is safe enough to take risks as a learner. The biggest reward I could have as a teacher is seeing the progress each student makes throughout the year.
