During this unit, students are introduced to the rules, procedures and expectations in Physical Education classes at West Road.  Students will also be inroduced to team building activities and initiatives.  Games that work on skills such as chasing, fleeing and dodging are also incorporated into this unit.  It's a fun way to start the school year!
