    Some general health reminders:

    • Please keep your student home until fever free x 24 hours without the use of medication 
    • Students who are vomiting and have diarrhea need to be 24 hours free of an event  before returning to school 
    • Please let us know of any injuries - Medical notes are needed for gym exclusions 
    • Wash your hands often at home and school so you don't pass along or pick up any "bugs" that could make you sick
    • Cover your coughs- no one wants to get your cold
    • Drink  lots of water during the school day
    • Get lots of rest so you can learn and play at school
