Mrs. Schafer

I am a graduate of The College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY, completing my undergraduate study in Elementary and Special Education and my graduate program in Literacy. I hold certifications in Elementary Education, Special Education, and Literacy, all Birth-Grade 6.

In 2010 I began my teaching career in a school district outside of the Albany area, where I taught Special Education in an inclusive setting for seven years. As my family grew, I returned back to my roots in Arlington CSD in 2017 and began teaching at Vail Farm.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time adventuring with my family. I love teaching in the area where I did much of my own learning!
