Matthew Reilly

This will be my 15th year teaching 6th grade social studies in the Arlington Central School District, all of which have been at Union Vale Middle School on Team 2. Originally from New Jersey, I am a graduate of Marist College and was fortunate enough to get a job at the very same building I student taught at. When not in the classroom I am coaching the boys soccer team, the track team and advising the student council. When I'm not in the school I like to enjoy the beautiful Hudson Valley weather, go to concerts and cheer on the Yankees and the NY Giants.  I can be contacted through e-mail at mreilly@acsdny.org or calling the school and then giving the extension 70486.

  • I would like to thank all of the boys who came to tryout this year.  One of the hardest tryouts we have ever had at UVMS.  As with last year, even if your name is not on one of these two lists does not mean your time with UVMS soccer is done.  Everyone who tried is in invited to continue to come to practices everyday to improve their chances of making the team next year or at the high school.  I wish we could take all of you, but we just do not have enough spots for everyone.  Thank you again and good luck with continuing soccer here or another team. 

    *Any player who has not had three days of tryouts or has not begun their tryouts should report to practice on Monday 9/20
