• Parent (SchoolTool) Portal has a new URL (web address). You must use this new URL to access the SchoolTool website and mobile App.

    Here is what you need to know!

    • The new URL is https://st10.schooltool.com/arlington
    • If you have bookmarked the old URL on your computer, make sure to update the
      URL. You will not be able to access SchoolTool at the old URL.
    • Mobile App – you will need to click the edit button on the SchoolTool Mobile App
      to enter the new URL. Please see the screenshots below.
    • Your Username (your full email address) and Password will remain the same. If
      you have forgotten your password, please us the “Forgot Password” button to have a new temporary password sent to you.
    • We have updated the links on our website under “I’m looking for…” and the
      Parent tab to make it easy for you to access the Portal.

    The Arlington Central School District uses a program called SchoolTool to manage our student records.  The Parent (SchoolTool) Portal provides parents and students with secure online access to see a student's

    It is our hope that the Parent Portal will greatly improve the partnership between schools, parents, and students. Once you sign up for the Portal, see the link below for information on downloading the SchoolTool Mobile APP.  

    In order to access the Parent Portal, parents must complete the parent registration sheet and return it as soon as possible(available on the District website under the "Parent" tab or at any of the school offices).  For security purposes, forms must be returned in person to the school office with a driver’s license or photo identification for verification.  Once the verified form is received by the Data Services Department and your information is entered into our database, you will receive an email with a temporary password to securely login to the portal.  Please allow 3-5 business days for this process to be completed.

    Middle and High School students are automatically signed up for a portal account with the Arlington email address.

    Note: SchoolTool is our student records management system.  ParentSquare is the system that notifies parents of important school and District announcements, including closings, delays, and other emergencies.  For information about ParentSquare please visit the ParentSquare link under the Parents tab.
