Strong Student Programs, Facility Improvements, Fiscal Responsibility

The proposed 2024/2025 Educational Plan and Budget is a fiscally responsible plan that preserves and enhances the high quality academic and extracurricular programs that are the cornerstone of an Arlington education.  For the 13th consecutive year, the Board has adopted a budget that is below our allowable tax levy cap. The proposed budget is $263,984,000, a 3.02% increase from the current school year. The tax levy increase is 2.0%, which is below our allowable 2.51% tax cap.
