Hello! 

My name is Mrs. Itri (formerly Ms. Lischisnky).  This will be my fifth year teaching third grade at Arthur S. May. Before teaching here, I taught fifth grade in the Bronx. I attended SUNY Oneonta where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Literacy. 

A huge part of my teaching philosophy is to make learning as engaging and personalized as possible. Our class will  treat each other like a family and value honesty, respect, and kindness. 

When I'm not in the classroom, I'm usually playing with my dogs, hiking, walking, cooking, hanging out with friends & family, and using my Peloton :)
