Hi, my name is Melissa Perez. I am an ENL (English as a New Language) teacher at Arthur S May School. This is my first year teaching here in Arlington!

This is my 22nd year teaching. Before coming to Arlington, I taught elementary school and middle school in the Bronx and NYC. I earned degrees from St. Thomas Aquinas College and The College of New Rochelle. 

I also live here in Poughkeepsie with my husband and 3 children. When I'm not at school, I'm usually on the soccer field with my son or play dates with my youngest daughter. If I'm lucky and have a few spare minutes, you will catch me at a local Starbucks picking up a nice hot cup of coffee!

a mi hija menor a compartir en sus actividades. Si tengo tiempo, hago una parada en Starbucks para tomar mi café favorito.
