My name is Mrs. Anderson and I am a first-grade and kindergarten special education teacher.  The 2024-25 school year will be my 26th year of teaching and my 19th in Arlington. Over the span of my career, I have taught every grade from K through 12, with the exception of 6th grade.  I live with my husband and four daughters.  We have a dog and two cats which keep us constantly entertained.  When I'm not at ASM I enjoy reading, spending time at the beach, gardening, and taking long walks with my dog.  I also teach yoga to children and adults, and make it a priority to weave movement and mindfulness into our classroom every day.
