Refund or Transfer of Balance in Cafeteria Account
To transfer remaining funds to a sibling’s account:Email mmoore2@acsdny.org
- Include first name, last name and ID# of graduating student
- Include first name, last name and ID# of student to receive balance of funds
To request a refund of remaining balance for student graduating or transferring out of district:
Email mmoore2@acsdny.org
- Include first name, last name and ID# of graduating student
- Include parent name and address where the refund check should be mailed
- Please allow up to 3 weeks for your request to be processed through our accounting cycle and for the check to arrive at your home.
Please note: All refund/transfer requests for High School Graduating Seniors, or students transferring out of district, should be submitted no later than June 30th of the school year in which they are leaving.
