LaGrange Middle School is my home away from home.  I teach 7th grade math in an inclusive and special class setting. I received my Bachelors of Science in Education, Special Education at SUNY Geneseo and my Masters of Science in Education, Elementary and Special Education at Mount Saint Mary College. Over the years, I had the honor of teaching with many motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated educators who shared my passion for all children to become successful learners.  Currently, I teach math on Team 5 with my most talented co-teacher, Mrs. Liptak.  We take pride in the math curriculum and climate we’ve developed to ensure that all students learn in a classroom atmosphere that is engaging, supportive, interactive, and collaborative.  My teaching focuses on differentiating and individualizing instruction based on student’s strengths, needs, and interests.  A positive growth mindset is developed that leads to perseverance and grit when students solve challenging math problems.
