THE CHRISTOPHER PRATO ART AWARD
Christopher Prato was preparing to enter his 8th-grade year at Union Vale Middle School when he was tragically struck and killed by a drunk driver while riding his bike home from a friend’s house. One of his greatest passions was drawing, particularly anime. To honor Christopher and the Class of 2025—the year he would have graduated—a one time scholarship in his name will be awarded to a graduating senior pursuing full-time studies at an accredited college or university with a focus on a career in the visual arts.
Eligibility:
Open to any student currently graduating from Arlington High School, who is pursuing full-time studies at an accredited college or university leading to a career in the visual arts.
