Welcome! My name is Michael Morano and this is my 17th year teaching English at Arlington High School. Currently, I teach the following courses: English 10 (Regents Level), as well as the 12th grade electives of Sports in Literature and War in Literature. During my time at Arlington I have also taught English 9 (Regents Level), as well as the 12th grade electives of British Literature, Contemporary Literature, and World Literature. I also currently serve on the district level CORE Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment team and as an Assistant Varsity Football Coach. On a personal note, I have two children of my own; Ella, age 10, and Madalyn, age 7.
