Hello and welcome to my web page! I have been in education for over two decades. Currently, I am working as a reading specialist. I am thrilled to be a part of this wonderful AHS community. ACSD has the most amazing staff and students. My goal is to help our students develop a life-long love of reading and writing, because today's readers will be tomorrow's leaders. I believe that our students can "bloom" and become successful when we work together as a team. 

I attended an international college and received my bachelor's and master's degrees from SUNY New Paltz. In addition, I completed the Certificate of Advanced Study in School Leadership at SUNY New Paltz. Before joining the ACSD team, I worked as a general educator abroad in elementary/middle school settings, as well as a tutor, translator, general educator, and AIS Reading teacher for other districts in NY state. Some favorite things to do during my free time are: cooking (especially Greek food), reading, gardening, volunteering, and spending time with my family.
