The 2021 - 2022 school year is Mrs. Chastain's 20th year teaching health and physical education; it is her 18th at Arlington High School.  Prior to Arlington, Mrs. Chastain taught health and physical education in Chattanooga, TN. 

Mrs. Chastain is from Buffalo, NY, and graduated from North Tonawanda High School. She received her B.S. in Exercise Science and Athletic Training from SUNY Buffalo in 2000, her M.Ed. in Education from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2002, and her CAS in School Leadership from SUNY College at New Paltz in 2009. 

Currently, Mrs. Chastain enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and working out. 

She is American Red Cross Certified in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding.  Mrs. Chastain also coaches Field Hockey at LaGrange Middle School.
