Welcome to Blackboard.  Chef Prep Classes meet in room 1429, and Food Core with Chef Losee meets in room 1120.  

All students taking any advanced foods classes are required to have a chef coat for class. You can purchase these for $20 or less either online or many local places like the warehouse on commerce street, uniform store on raymond ave. etc.
