Below you will find every form and document handed out to the students throughout the year. Some are fo the students to complete and some are for Parents/Guardians to complete. Parent/Guardian forms are noted as such.
In addition to the class Syllabus here are a few special notes:
1. Cell Phones: Cell phones are only allowed to be used for education purposes. This includes listening to music. All cell phones must be kept away unless given permission to work on assignments, listen to an audio book, or read a digital book.
2. Independent Reading: Every Monday the whole class will indepentently read for 15 minutes. At the end of the 15 minutes, the students will be required to summarize what was read. All students are required to participate.
3. Mini Lessons: Every Wednesday there will be a mini lesson on Reading Comprehension. All students are required to participate.
