Jazz II and III are extracurricular jazz bands open to any interested flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, or rhythm section player. Membership in these extra-curricular ensembles is determined by audition and the groups rehearse one day per week for 2 hours each rehearsal. Jazz skills including improvisation are developed and refined. Both ensembles perform in various festivals and concerts within the school district as well as around the county and state.
